For enterprise airlines

Enterprise EBT and CBTA software. Built for thousands of users and regulated IT.

aeroEBT, from SkyDynamics, is a dedicated EBT and CBTA platform for airlines and large training organisations: EBT scenario management, offline grading, instructor concordance and an AI-assisted training management system (TMS) on one record, with single sign-on, a contractual SLA, role-based access across fleets and AOCs, and a named onboarding and migration service.

The short answer

One platform for the whole framework. Scenario design to authority evidence, for every fleet.

Most enterprise training systems administer training and add EBT as a module. aeroEBT starts from the EBT framework and CBTA: scenarios are designed in the EBT Scenario Builder, graded offline on iPad in the simulator, checked for instructor concordance and reported to the authority from live data. The included TMS runs courses, qualifications, documents and expiry dates on the same record, from the first ab initio lesson to airline recurrent training.

EBT and CBTA at the core, TMS included
  • EBT scenario management

Scenarios built from your safety data and aircraft catalogue, checked against ORO.FC.232 A/B/C coverage while they are written, and distributed to instructors from one library.

  • AI-assisted TMS included

Agents draft the training plan, chase what expires and prepare the paperwork. A person approves every change, and the instructor remains the assessor.

  • Ab initio to recurrent

Competency marks from the first lesson at a flight school continue into type rating and EBT recurrent training, so one pilot keeps one record.

Scale and governance

Thousands of users. Several fleets, bases and AOCs under one governance model.

  • Built for heavy enterprise use

Thousands of pilots, instructors, cabin crew, engineers and administrators in one organisation, with unlimited pilot profiles on the Enterprise plan.

  • Role-based access across fleets and AOCs

Each fleet, base and air operator certificate (AOC) is its own scope. Instructors, training standards, administrators and authorities see only what their role and scope allow.

  • Regulatory IT governance

Every grade, reopening, configuration change and evidence share is attributable and timestamped, and evidence reaches an authority only when your organisation grants access. Practices are aligned with EASA Part-IS.

  • Your framework, your scale

Your competency framework, grading scale and programme are configured per fleet, so a group with several operators keeps one standard where it wants one and local rules where it needs them.

Security and data

Ready for procurement. A security pack before you sign.

  • Single sign-on

Staff sign in with their company identity through Microsoft (Entra ID, formerly Azure AD) or Google, so joiners and leavers are managed in one place.

  • Security pack and penetration tests

Procurement receives the security summary, penetration test reports, the data processing agreement and the sub-processor list for its questionnaire.

  • Where the data lives

Training records and documents are held in data centres in Switzerland under the revFADP, and personal data is processed in the EU under the GDPR. An on-premises deployment in your own infrastructure is available.

  • Information security management

The SkyDynamics information security management system follows the controls and structure of ISO 27001.

Integrations

Fits the systems you run. Identity, crew management and your own tools.

API access is included on the Enterprise plan, and custom integrations are part of the Complete plan.

  • Microsoft

Single sign-on with Entra ID and the Microsoft environment your staff already use.

  • Google

Single sign-on with Google accounts and the Google environment your staff already use.

  • WebAIMS

Crew and roster data exchanged with WebAIMS, so training windows follow the published roster.

  • Your systems, through the API

Rostering, HR, document and flight operations systems connected through the aeroEBT API.

  • SkyDynamics FCS++

Device capability visible when a session is planned, so an EBT session lands on a simulator that can credit it.

Support and onboarding

Committed in the contract. From migration to daily support.

  • Contractual SLA

Availability, support hours, channels, response times and escalation are written into your service agreement, so the commitment is one you can hold us to.

  • Onboarding and migration service

A named SkyDynamics team maps your programme, imports fleets, instructors, pilots and historical records from your current system, and runs aeroEBT in parallel before go-live, typically in about 90 days.

  • Dedicated success manager

On the Complete plan, one person at SkyDynamics owns your account after go-live, from calibration sessions to the next authority audit.

  • Instructor rollout

One practical procedure for the instructor: open the session, grade, debrief. Rollout goes fleet by fleet, with a first calibration session in the same weeks.

Operators

In use at airlines. And at their training organisations.

  • Aegean Airlines

First batch of the aeroEBT suite and the simulator instructor tools since November 2024, including EBT scenario development in the EBT Scenario Builder.

  • Olympic Air

The full aeroEBT suite on its ATR and Dash 8 fleets since September 2026.

  • AnimaWings

The full aeroEBT suite with data hosting on its Airbus A220 and A320 fleets since March 2026.

  • Olympic Air MTO

Part-66 and Part-147 maintenance training on aeroEBT since February 2026.

  • Egnatia Aviation

    Onboarding in progress.

  • Superior Air

A SkyDynamics customer, training on the SkyDynamics A320 FNPT II simulator delivered in Megara in September 2025.
