Successful delivery: qualified A320 FNPT II simulator for Airplan ATO

Airplan ATO has its own Airbus A320 FNPT II (FNPT 2) flight simulator. SkyDynamics delivered the device in November 2025, the competent authority qualified it in the FNPT II category, and it is the fourth A320 simulator our company has delivered in Greece.

What comes next: FCS++ and AI software

The work does not stop at the handover. The upcoming deliverables for this device include:

• FCS++ software, for a seamless transition to the new standards from day one. The new standards are those of Regulation (EU) 2026/781, which adds the FSTD Capability Signature for new qualifications from 30 April 2028. FCS++ is our platform for FSTD qualification under those rules.
• AI software, to be delivered as part of maintenance in December 2026.
