Olympic Air MTO comes on board with AeroEBT

After a long cooperation, Olympic Air MTO came on board with AeroEBT in February 2026: years of practical CBTA and EBT work in Part-66 and Part-147 maintenance training, now visible and evidenced in one tool that also runs the management of the organisation.

After a long cooperation, we are happy to welcome Olympic Air MTO on board with AeroEBT. Olympic Air MTO is an organisation whose people are world leaders in the research, the practical evaluation and the application of EBT and CBTA for Part-66 and Part-147.

Two worlds came together

Olympic Air MTO has applied CBTA and EBT methodologies in practice for years: the ORCA process, Venn models, knowledge, skills and attitudes (KSA), observable behaviours (OB), applied to the maximum degree to a maintenance training organisation and to Part-66 and Part-147 training.

The many years of work by its experts, Mr Oikonomou and Mr Papamichalis, are now visualised in the AeroEBT software. That gives proof of one of the most difficult things in maintenance training: that competency is being built, and where. The very high expertise and the real-world case studies of Olympic Air found their home in AeroEBT.

A world first in maintenance training

To our knowledge, as of October 2026, this is the world's first actual application of CBTA and EBT in maintenance training with proof, through a tool made for maintenance training organisations, for the training of engineers and for on-the-job training (OJT).

One tool for the whole organisation

Olympic Air MTO also entrusted the whole management of its organisation to us, through AeroEBT for MTOs: one tool, as we serve it. See AeroEBT for maintenance training organisations and the engineer logbook.

Thank you, and welcome on board

Many thanks to Mr Oikonomou, who leads the programme, and of course to the rest of the team. Welcome on board.
